The use of automated software, bots, or any mechanism that manipulates the platform's systems is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

Account Creation and Security Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on syabas99. Registering more than one account under the same individual is a serious breach of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed without prior notice. All information provided during registration — including full name, date of birth, phone number, and banking details — must be accurate, current, and truthful. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these terms.
Password & Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login credentials confidential. Any activity that occurs through your account — whether with your knowledge or not — remains your responsibility. syabas99 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your own negligence. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, please contact customer support immediately and change your password.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on the syabas99 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). syabas99 accepts deposits via a range of local payment methods including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and DuitNow. Available payment methods are subject to change based on operational requirements, and you are encouraged to check the deposit section of your account for the latest list.
Successful deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes. If a deposit has not been credited within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer support team with proof of the transaction for review. syabas99 is not liable for any delays caused by banks or third-party payment service providers.
Balance withdrawals are subject to a verification process that may require identity confirmation in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) policies. Withdrawal requests that do not meet the stipulated requirements may be delayed or declined. Balances obtained through fraudulent activity, system manipulation, or any breach of these terms will be forfeited without compensation.
Limitation of Liability & User Responsibilities
Syabas99 provides its online entertainment platform on an "as-is" basis. While we endeavour to keep the platform running without interruption at all times, we do not guarantee that the service will always be available, free from technical errors, or uninterrupted. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary service unavailability.
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, syabas99 shall not be liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, loss of data, or damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, even if syabas99 has been advised of the possibility of such losses. syabas99's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount of the user's most recent deposit.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the syabas99 platform is lawful and permitted in their location. syabas99 makes no representation that the content or services on the platform are appropriate or permitted in all geographic regions.

Third-Party Links & Services
The syabas99 platform may contain references or links to third-party services such as payment providers. syabas99 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party services. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and the relevant party, and syabas99 bears no liability arising from those interactions.
Account Suspension and Closure
Syabas99 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms, fraud, illegal activity, or any conduct deemed harmful to the platform or other users. Suspension may be carried out without prior notice in urgent cases. Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach of these terms are not entitled to any compensation for remaining balances.
Voluntary Account Closure
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the syabas99 customer support team via email. Account closure requests will be processed once all eligible balances have been settled. Closed accounts cannot be reactivated. Users may re-register with a new account after the designated cooling-off period has ended, subject to review by the platform.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Syabas99 reserves the right to amend, add to, or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page with a clearly indicated update date. Your continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to ensure you remain compliant with the most current version.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or the use of the syabas99 platform shall first be resolved through mutual negotiation between both parties. Should negotiation fail, the dispute may be referred to the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, only that provision shall be rendered void while all remaining provisions continue in full force and effect. syabas99's failure to enforce any right or provision under these terms shall not be construed as a waiver of that right.
